No matter where you are in the World, If you feel you need therapy but are not able or don’t have the time to travel for face to face sessions then online could be for you. I can offer you counselling via Zoom, WhatsApp, FaceTime, and other video call methods. Research has consistently found that the therapeutic relationship over video/telephone is just as strong as face to face. I know it isn’t always easy with a busy life or family to find an hour to yourself and a private space that you feel able to talk freely in but it is what you deserve and a huge benefit to your own psychological/emotional well-being.
