Interest in Mindfulness is ever growing with its uses and benefits in helping people who want to self-manage conditions such as anxiety, stress, pain, depression or illness.
It can also be used as a useful tool in a busy world to assist in finding a more chosen way of life rather than existing on auto pilot, constantly on the go, feeling overwhelmed by the amount of work/ pressure in life. Can help to promote a feeling of general wellbeing and improved concentration.

Mindfulness sessions can include exploration of the different facets of mindfulness meditation including mindful movement and mindful eating.
